The Deputy CEO for Coastal Development Authority Mr Emmanuel Kojo Affram and his team have inspected one hundred and fifty(150) projects under the one million per constituency program to have a fair idea about the stages of each project.
According to him, monitoring and evaluation are critical in project management hence the need to always be at the projects sites to have first-hand information about each project.
He said, the good thing about this One Million Per Constituency Program is that it is the people who select their own projects; the Authority does not impose project on any community.
Mr Emmanuel Kojo Affram was okay with the rate at which the contractors are doing the work except for few ones that the contractors seem to delay the projects.
