9 Ways to deal with an angry girlfriend.

Don’t dismiss her feeling: Don’t go on to say that, she has no reason to be angry. If she has a valid reason, don’t ignore that

Stay calm: If you want to deal with your angry girlfriend, learn to remain calm, don’t react from your side.

Don’t get defensive: When your girlfriend is lashing out at you, the first thing you would do is get defensive about your fault, if any. Don’t do that.

Listen to her: All women want is, their men to listen to them when they are angry, especially during a full-blown fight.

Give her time: instead of arguing back, retreat for a while and give your girlfriend some much–needed space to calm down.

Check your body language: The wrong body language can send off some very negative signals that may further infuriate your girlfriend.

Allow her to vent out: Let your girlfriend vent out if she wants to. Understand that, she may have been holding onto this for a while now so it’s better to get it out.

Say what you feel: An argument shouldn’t just be your girlfriend lashing out at you. Learn to speak up from your side if you’ve done nothing or something wrong. Express it maturely and rationally.

Resolve the issue: Be the calmer one in the situation and show lovable gestures if you have to get things straight. She is angry and you have to calm her down and love her.
