Ghana is bleeding, its soul is calling for change – Mahama

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has emphasized the need for the electorate to vote against the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government in the 2024 general elections. Addressing NDC supporters during the party’s manifesto launch in Winneba, Central Region, Mahama described Ghana as a “bleeding country” in dire need of change.

He urged Ghanaians to vote for positive transformation, assuring them that their votes would end cronyism, corruption, state capture, and economic hardships. “Our dear nation Ghana is bleeding, Ghana’s soul is calling for change. Mother Ghana is crying for its true, genuine and patriotic citizens to rise and reset our beloved nation. Ghanaians can take no more the impunity, hardships, hypocrisy, bad governance and state capture that has been inflicted on them by this outing administration.”

We cannot fail Mother Ghana and I therefore urge all to vote for change in December 2024. Your vote will end cronyism, corruption, hardship,” He lambasted the government for inflicting hardships on Ghanaians.
