TECHIMAN NORTH DISTRICT LUNCHES 2021 HOUSING AND POPULATION CENSUS

The Techiman North district in the Bono East region has launched the 2021 housing and population census in the district capital Tuobodom. In an interview with Mr Joseph Kinansua Jatuat who is the district officer for housing and population census said, the reason for the lunch is to create awareness.

He again said, they will give training to some select people they are going to work with and the lifting of structures will start from 13th-25th June then followed by the census night which is 27th June after that, the census exercise will start from 28th June so he is entreating everybody to cope with the census official so that it will help the government to know the number of people in the area and again help the area for developmental projects.

Listowel Yeboah who is an assembly member for Asuea electoral area who stood on behalf of the D. C. E said, the aim for the exercise is for the government to know the number of people living in an area for equal distribution of developmental projects so he is urging all Ghanaians to avail his or herself
