The Ministry of the Interior has announced that recruitment for Ghana’s internal security agencies will take place from November 15 to December 15, 2025. This nationwide initiative will cover the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Immigration Service.
In a public notice, the Ministry stated that this recruitment is part of efforts to strengthen internal security, enhance public safety, and support effective service delivery across these agencies. The Ministry invites disciplined and patriotic Ghanaian citizens who wish to serve the country with integrity and professionalism to submit their applications during this one-month period.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to carefully read all instructions and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying. According to the Ministry, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for screening, aptitude tests, and background verification.
The statement also cautioned applicants against dealing with individuals or groups who claim they can influence the recruitment process for a fee. It added that the Ministry of the Interior and its agencies do not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment exercise. Applicants who submit false information or forged documents will be disqualified and may face prosecution.
