The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has unveiled a roster of cases scheduled for prosecution as the courts return from recess. Among those named are former National Petroleum Authority (NPA) CEO Mustapha Abdul-Hamid and nine others, as well as Public Procurement Authority (PPA) officials Adjenim Boateng Adjei, Charles Bissue, and two additional individuals.

In a post shared on its official X page, the OSP stated: “With the courts resuming from vacation, these are the cases the OSP is actively prosecuting on your behalf, with more cases to be filed in the last quarter of the year.” The office also noted that seven individuals were convicted earlier this year through plea bargains. These actions, it emphasized, are part of its broader commitment to combating corruption.
