Sunon Asogli suspends planned shutdown for one week

Sunon Asogli Power has announced that the indefinite shutdown of its 560MW power plant, which was planned due to unpaid invoices, has been suspended. The company stated that this decision was made following the intervention and assurance from the Minister of Finance and Minister of State. “We have decided to suspend the plant shutdown for one week,” said Qun Yang, Chairman for Sunon Asogli.
