Police have taken into custody three more individuals in connection with the Adabraka gold robbery, following months of surveillance and intelligence operations. The arrests were carried out on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Ashaiman. The suspects have been identified as Nashiru Abubakari, alias Soldier; Fatao Mohammed, known as Motorway; and another individual referred to as 50 Cent.
Their capture comes after four other suspects linked to the case had earlier been apprehended. Authorities confirm that investigations remain ongoing to trace additional accomplices and recover items tied to the crime. The suspects are currently being held in police custody and will be arraigned before the court as inquiries proceed.
