Numerous patients who require dialysis treatment are facing a dire situation due to a sudden increase in its cost. The price has gone up to 491 from 380, making it unaffordable for many people who rely on this life-saving treatment. It has put them in a difficult position where they have to choose between managing their health condition or paying for the expensive treatment.
This has only added to their existing struggles and hardships. What makes this situation even more distressing is the knowledge that the cost increase was approved by Parliament. For these patients, it’s a bitter pill to swallow.
