If your man has been obsessed with keeping his figure in check and going to the gym every day, then there’s certainly someone else he’s meeting up with or is trying to impress. This change in behaviour indicates that he is cheating on you.

When your man is cheating on you, he will find every possible way to sneak out of the house to go and meet his lover. You will find him one minute and then won’t, the next minute.
