Supreme Court quashes Tamale High Court judgment that annulled election results

The Supreme Court has overturned the Tamale High Court ruling that annulled the 2024 parliamentary election results for the Kpandai Constituency in the Northern Region. The apex court’s decision, delivered by a 4–1 majority with Justice Gabriel Pwamang dissenting, nullifies the High Court’s judgment of November 24, 2025. Consequently, all related actions and orders arising from that ruling have been set aside.
