NIA announces fee increases for Ghana Card services

The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced new fee increases across several of its services, explaining that the adjustment is necessary to sustain and improve service delivery. In a statement shared on its official Facebook page on Wednesday, January 22, the Authority noted that the revised charges will apply to first-time registrations, updates to personal information, replacement of Ghana Cards, nationality amendments, and non-citizen card registrations.

The NIA encouraged the public to take note of these changes, emphasising that the revisions are aimed at ensuring the long-term efficiency and sustainability of its operations
