The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, has urged the people of the region to earnestly seek God’s guidance through prayer to rid the nation of corruption, moral decline, and practices that obstruct its progress.
He made this appeal while addressing worshippers during the National Prayer and Thanksgiving Day service at the Calvary Charismatic Centre (CCC) in Kumasi on Tuesday, July 1. According to the Minister, the challenges facing the country extend beyond politics and policy, requiring divine intervention to restore righteousness, integrity, and accountability in both public and private life.
“As we gather here today, we pray that God heals our land from all corruption and wrongdoing. We ask that God unite us with a shared purpose and commitment that will drive our national development agenda,” he stated.
