The Manhyia Palace marked a historic occasion on Wednesday when the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, welcomed the Yagbonwura, Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I. Their warm embrace symbolised unity and mutual respect, highlighting the strong bond between the Asanteman and Gonjaland. In a significant follow-up, Otumfuo announced his intention to reciprocate with a visit to Gonjaland, reinforcing the event as a powerful reaffirmation of cultural harmony and Ghana’s royal heritage.
