The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has issued a statement informing customers and the general public about an upcoming emergency maintenance this weekend on the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server. The maintenance will start on Friday, July 12 at 11:00 pm and is expected to end by Sunday, July 14, at 11:00 pm. Customers using the Nuri Kamstrup prepayment system are advised to purchase enough credit to last throughout the maintenance period to avoid any inconvenience. The company also apologized for any disruption this necessary maintenance may cause.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ON NURI KAMSTRUP PREPAYMENT SERVER
The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public that it will undertake emergency maintenance on the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server. Date: Friday, 12th July from 11:00 pm to Sunday 14th July, 11:00 pm All Nuri Kamstrup customers are therefore being advised to purchase enough credit that will last for the period of the downtime. ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise as a result of this exercise.
