The #Fixthecountry campaigners have announced their aim to challenge the confinement and attack of Citi News’ Caleb Kudah, and the intrusion of Citi FM by National Security agents.
The attack on Caleb Kudah last Tuesday has ruled conversations in Ghana.
Mr Kudah was kept and attacked by National Security agents for shooting deserted MASLOC vehicles left at the premises of the security office.
Some vigorously furnished National Security agents hence raged the premises of Citi FM/Citi TV to get Broadcast Journalist, Zoe Abu-Baidoo Addo for getting a portion of the records caught by Mr Kudah.
The gathering in a proclamation approached Ghanaians to participate in the dissent, adding that the courses for the dissent would be conveyed later.
“We have chosen to have the discussion in an unexpected way, by taking our case to the roads. We are welcoming all benevolent Ghanaians to go along with us on May 22nd for a gigantic dissent in Accra to recover our privileges as residents. Subtleties of the courses will be delivered soon.”
It additionally recorded a few attack cases on columnists to legitimize its choice to riot.
The administration of Citi FM/Citi TV has requested of the National Media Commission over the attack on Caleb Kudah and the intrusion of the station.
The National Security Ministry likewise said it was exploring the issue.
