Daily Wealth Guide Exposed as Investment Scam – BoG cautions public

The Bank of Ghana (BoG) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have issued a strong warning to the public about a fraudulent crypto investment platform called “Daily Wealth Guide.” In their statement, the regulators labelled it a scam and advised Ghanaians not to deposit any funds with its operators.

The individuals behind this platform are reportedly using promises of high returns to entice unsuspecting members of the public into engaging in illegal deposit-taking activities. This warning comes in response to a doctored video circulating online, which allegedly shows President John Dramani Mahama endorsing the investment platform.

Both the BoG and SEC have confirmed that the video is fake and should not be trusted as evidence of any government endorsement or regulatory approval of the platform.
